Hi Mamas! Spring is arriving and so are our FREE Renew Mama Postpartum Fitness Classes. Please join us the second Tuesday of March, April and May for a 40 minute full body workout for mamas 6 weeks - 2 yrs postpartum.  The workouts will focus on strength and mobility, tailored to the postpartum woman! The therapists will monitor for postpartum conditions such as diastasis recti and stress incontinence throughout the session. We want you to feel confident returning to exercise! Erin Baird will be leading the classes and comes with years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.   Alaina Dunning will be assisting and also comes with years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy treating postpartum women. Tilly, her therapy dog, will also be assisting! Mats and equipment will be provided. Space is limited.  Save your spot and register here!
