Chelsea Waldkirch, PT, DPT, PRPC is a physical therapist and owner of Renew Physical Therapy. She founded Renew PT in 2021 with the goal of providing excellent, accessible, one-on-one care to her community. Chelsea specializes in pelvic health physical therapy. She has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2015. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them meet their goals.

Chelsea has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2015 and loves getting to know her patients. In 2023, she earned the distinction of certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (PRPC), with less than 15 PRPCs currently in the state of Arkansas.

Alaina Dunning, PT, DPT, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Alaina was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. After graduation, she began working in Chicago treating both the pelvic and orthopedic populations in an outpatient specialty clinic. She and her husband then moved to NWA in 2022. She has completed advanced coursework through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute for pelvic floor physical therapy.

Born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. In her free time, Alaina enjoys traveling, finishing a good puzzle, and spending time with her friends and family. She works with therapy dog Tilly, who follows her everywhere.

Amber Barker, PT, DPT, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Evangel University, and achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She received advanced training from the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health and is passionate about cultivating a safe environment for patients from all walks of life to understand and rehabilitate their pelvic conditions.

Amber is a Northwest Arkansas native that grew up playing soccer across the state. In her spare time, you'll find Amber painting, gardening, calling the Hogs with her husband, or snuggling her golden retriever, Tormund.

Molly Parsons graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas in 2012 and with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Harding University in 2016. She and her husband moved back to NWA in 2016 where she began her career as a pediatric therapist. Over the next few years, she developed close relationships with her patients' families and within her community. It was through these relationships that she realized the women in her life represented a population in the community that had questions about their health and nowhere to turn. This awareness prompted professional growth into the field of Pelvic Health PT. In 2021 she began specializing in pelvic health PT and now enjoys advocating for her patients by empowering them to live their fullest and healthiest lives.

Started as a pediatric therapist in 2016 and transitioned to pelvic health PT in 2021 after recognizing the need in her community.

Erin received her bachelors degree in Biology from George Mason University in 2004. She later received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2007. After graduation, Erin began working in the Washington D.C area at a hospital based outpatient clinic treating a variety of patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. While there, she and another colleague began to see a need for pelvic floor physical therapy services and decided to start a program to serve the needs of their community. After several years of building the program, Erin moved to Austin, TX where she worked exclusively at a specialty clinic serving both men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction and served as the lead physical therapist. She then moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2012.

After the birth of her two children and experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction herself, Erin knew she wanted to help more women. She lives in Bentonville with her family and loves to ride her bike and hike on the amazing trails of NWA, sip coffee with her friends, and read lots of autobiographies!

Originally from Houston, Amberly recently relocated to Northwest Arkansas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Amberly is passionate about providing comprehensive education and support to help patients navigate and overcome pelvic floor dysfunction. Her goal is to create an encouraging environment that empowers patients to achieve their wellness goals.

Otillia 'Tilly' Dunning is our therapy dog (in training). She began her career in early 2023 here in NWA following completion of her initial training at Ozark Canine Academy. This rescued pup has a heart of gold and the napping capacity of a hibernating bear. Tilly loves everyone from babies to older adults and always appreciates a nice belly rub.

She works as a team with our physical therapist, Alaina, so anywhere you see Alaina, you'll likely see her little shadow following. She can also be found participating in exercises, especially her favorite stretch, 'downward dog'. Her favorite activities include napping, napping, and more napping.
